As our products are produced individually for you (print-on-demand), an exchange or return is generally not possible.
Exception: Damaged or faulty items
If your item is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the product and a brief description of the problem. In this case, we will arrange a replacement or a refund - depending on the situation.
The complaint will then be handled in cooperation with our production partner (e.g. Printful). It is not necessary to return the product to us - it will not be sent to our address, but will be checked and replaced directly by the manufacturer.
Please note:
Personalized products (e.g. with your own name, text or design) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, provided there is no production error.
Color deviations due to different screen settings do not constitute a defect.
