Notes on returns and complaints
As our products are produced individually for you (print-on-demand), an exchange or return is generally not possible.
Exception: damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or with production defects, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Send us a brief description of the problem and informative photos to Studio.Anchor.Shop@gmail.com.
We will check your case together with our production partner (e.g. Printful) and offer you a replacement delivery or a refund, depending on the situation. A return to our address is not necessary, as the products are checked and replaced directly by the manufacturer.
Please note:
- Personalized products (e.g. with your name, text or individual design) are excluded from the right of withdrawal unless there is a production error.
- Color deviations due to different screen settings are not considered a defect.
